Have you ever wondered:
Why do I have dark impulses?
Why do some men feel freer to express dark thoughts or feelings that others may think as inappropriate or sinful?
Is there anything from the shadow for me/us to incorporate into our conscious lives?
How can I incorporate my shadow into my conscious life to be more authentic?
This special weekend retreat will avail us of the opportunity to explore more deeply our inner self. Nestled below the San Gabriel Mountains in the Antelope Valley, this desert monastery has the perfect environment to do this important inner work.
The weekend will consist of teachings, council, journaling in silence, ritual, and time for personal prayer and wandering. We will also have the opportunity to join the monastic community of this Benedictine monastery for liturgies throughout the day.
